Standard shipping, clear updates and tracking for your order.

Standard delivery

VELORA offers standard shipping only. Please allow an estimated 7–12 business days after dispatch for delivery. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination, carrier availability and customs processing. Available destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Shipping charges & taxes

Shipping is charged separately from the product price and calculated at checkout. For Australian orders, product prices and shipping charges include applicable taxes. You can review your full order total before completing your purchase.

International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. Unless collected at checkout, these charges are payable by the recipient.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will email your tracking details. Please allow time for the carrier to scan your parcel and update its tracking status.

Delivery details

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you need to request a correction, contact us as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once an order has been dispatched.
