Dispatch quality checks

Before dispatch, order details and the visible condition of each item and its external packaging are checked by our fulfilment team. Sealed skincare and cosmetic products remain unopened for hygiene and safety. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help.

Secure checkout and tracked delivery

Payments are processed through Shopify’s supported secure payment methods. Tracking is provided when your order is dispatched, so you can follow its journey.

30-day returns

Eligible items can be returned within 30 days in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Hygiene-sensitive products must meet the return conditions stated in that policy.
