Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

• Standard Shipping: 7–20 business days
• Express Shipping: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing or circumstances outside our control.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on all orders over $120 USD.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details. You can also track your order at Track Order.

International Orders

VELORA ships internationally. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total or shipping fee.
